Design Options
  • Industry standard CR80 (2 1/8” x 3 3/8”), rounded corners with a thicknesses of 30mm.
  • We offer up to six colors per side with bleeds, including matte or gloss finish options, creating eye catching, photo quality cards.

 

Magnetic Stripes & Encoding


Data can be encrypted on a two or three track system (1/2 in. or 3/8 in.) located on the magnetic stripe. Coordinate your encoding system with:

  • High Coercivity (HiCo): Highest resistance to accidental erasure. Made in both 2750oe and 4000oe versions, this tape is commonly used with cards that require a longer life and more frequent swiping, such as Credit and Access Control Cards.
  • Low Coercivity (LoCo): Lowest resistance to accidental erasure. Encoded with a low intensity magnetic field, made in 300oe version, this is commonly found in gift cards or other short term use cards.
  • Medium Coercivity (MedCo): Intermediate resistance to accidental erasure. Made in 650oe version, this tape is commonly found in hotel cards.

Barcoding & Sequential Numbering


  • Barcoding is a reliable and useful utility that often makes this a featured technology of choice. Combined with other security and tracing features, a barcode can be extremely versatile.
